Lately everyone on social websites have been talking about Joseph Kony, The world's #1 Criminal. Well, here's the thing... Kony is from Uganda, He is the leader of Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). A violient army that abducts children, they make the kids kill their parents. The boys are used to be soliders and the Girls get raped.
